You Have Been Warned!
Alright! Let me start off by asking a question: Does Shingeki no Kyojin deserve all the hype it gets?
So basically, Shingeki no Kyojin (I'm just gonna call it SnK for the moment kai? ^.^) Well, here...I found a tumblr post of what its about...

I fucking love the Attack on Titan Abridged...
When all these events happen there's just this voice in the background that goes:
"HEY! FUCK THAT GUY!" XD I laughed SOO hard!
Alright, Back on track...
Alright, now if you've watched as many anime as I have, this story line won't be necessarily new, the main story revolves around three kids, the main protagonist being Eren Jaeger:
This story, I think, is masterfully paced. It doesn't have ridiculous amounts of fillers like some anime...( *Cough* Bleach *Cough*) Though, its dragged out enough and perfectly pieced together to give suspense without waiting through filler after filler to see what happens.
Though, in some suspenseful parts they may have dragged it out a bit, for example the main character dies, (if your like me and get really fucking attached you may cry a little) and later this giant fucking 15 meter titan comes out of no where smashing shit up and killing titans with a fucking eight-pack, combat skills, green eyes and messy black/brown hair, who the fuck else is it gonna be than the character?
Alright, let's save the best for last and start with Armin Arlert:
Okai! Armin is sort of I guess the baby of the three main characters (Or if he were a girl he'd be the moe girl whose clumsy and has huge ass boobs) The first time he is seen when some bully's are kicking his ass for wanting to go beyond the walls. This fact quickly labels him as weak.
Because he doesn't want to be a burden on anyone he agrees with Eren and Mikasa to join the Survey Corps and fight titans in their territory.
Armin, is the brains. Simply to say, its with his logical and quick thinking that he makes a plan to keep (most .__.) Everyone from dieing. Though he doesn't realize this trait and has low self confidence.
On that note, his character development is amazing. As the story progresses he realizes his friends don't see him as a burden and find him to be amazing, with knowing that he slowly grows stronger and gains more confidence in not only his thinking skills but also his physical fighting.
Next is Mikasa Akerman
Alright! This is one fucking bad ass godly chick! Alright!? So, Mikasa is Eren's adopted sister who will do anything to keep him alive, because of his kindness she claims that him and his family 'Brought her back to life' after seeing her mother and father killed.
Mikasa is the strength of the three of them. Her fighting is absolutely amazing, she even as only a trainee has enough talent to be in Lance Corporal Levi's squad. (There like the top fighters...don't pick a fight with those fuckers!)
This is where I lose my liking of her, she is an amazing character with awesome potential for amazing character development. I think they fell a little short on that, they had so many options for her being so stony faced most of the time, that she could have developed so far...But didn't.
(Alright here comes my perv side...) Even if that development was something kinky cause the quiet ones tend to be kinky *Wiggles Eyebrows* and she clearly loves Eren but there not related by blood and *Imagine I'm talking fast now* Since there not related by blood that could totally go off on some kinky step sister/brother actions!!! Lol no. Just no. (Actually I don't ship Eren and Mikasa my fave SnK ship is Eren X Levi x3)
Next, the main character: Eren Hunter (Jaeger but Jaeger means hunter so yeah...That fact needed to be stated x3) Since I already pic his pic I'll put a different one...
So Eren as I said before is the main protagonist who vows revenge on the titans for killing his mother. Eren is known to be rather hotheaded and rushes into action without much thought, which he gets his ass kicked...a lot...and Armin and Mikasa have to save his ass...
As I mentioned, for an action anime like this one it is very stereotypical for the main character to vow revenge. This makes him a little less original, there are a lot of characters like him. But his character development is...Alright...like any other character in a life or death situation, he gets stronger, but his confidence and trust grows, and like Armin realizes that there are people around him that will help him and not consider him annoying (Unless its Levi)
MOVES LIKE JAEGER!!!
Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin whatever you prefer) was animated by a fairly new animation company called Wit Studio I say its fairly new because according to my scores (wikipedia .__.) it was founded June 1st 2012, but at the same time its more of a branch of Production I.G.
Okai!! So many people complain that its very sketchy and don't like the dark outlines around the characters separating from the background.
I happen to disagree, I think it gives Attack on Titan its own style. Even though scenes close up on characters some think is sketchy, they did an amazing job on action scenes, so HUGE fucking round of applause for that, cause drawing them flying through the goddamn air with their 3D Maneuvering Gear and slicing the nape of huge monsters is hard! And anime is not cheap!!!
As you can see from these few gifs, the action scenes are very well drawn and executed amazingly.
Also an example of the dark outline is on Levi's clothes and hair is very thick compared to that of possibly Eren's face.
It gives Attack on Titan its very unique animation quality.
I don't like calling things perfect, cause nothing really is, but perfect is the only use to describe this amazing soundtrack!
It was composed by Sawano Hiroyuki and I give huge applause!! This soundtrack was perfect, though there were only 30 minutes worth of music, it is amazing! It was well put together, perfectly played, and used at just the right moments in the anime to evoke emotion!
In a good sound track I like to think when I listen, can this stand on its own without the anime? Yes! God yes! I would listen to this sound track any day without needing any visual. What makes this sound track even better is the fact it has instrumentals, and singers with some of it.
I'm thinking of honestly buying this sound track <3
I have not seen a full episode of the official dub, though I will on May 3rd on Toonami!!!! Based on the clips and the fact its a fucking FUNimation dub, I think its going to be alright! *Awkwardly looks around* W-What!? I'm not saying that just cause J. Michael Tatum (My fave) is Erwin!! -3-
About the sub, now I cant really judge this very well cause, I don't speak the language, but I will say I think their voices matched their characters very well, for example Levi and Mikasa are rather monotone characters, and their voice actors portrayed that very well.

Alright, after looking through all of my thoughts of this anime, Ive given it: (Drum roll please...)
9.80/10 Meaning this anime was amazing! I absolutely recommend!! It only lost points cause of my thoughts on the character development...
So for anyone who wants to watch a good anime that has some thrills, suggest Attack on Titan! <3
And yes, I think Attack on Titan is worth the hype!
